Shauryakirti Trust’s Human Rights Advocacy initiative stands for the fundamental dignity and freedom of every person, especially those often left unheard—tribal communities, women, children, and the rural poor. Through rights education, community mobilization, and legal assistance, we aim to protect, defend, and promote justice in the lives of India’s most marginalized.
Injustice hides in silence. Child marriage, caste discrimination, gender-based violence, land grabbing, and forced labor continue to rob people of their futures. But most victims don’t know where to turn—or that help is even possible. Our work ensures that no voice goes unheard and no abuse goes unchallenged.
⚖️ Legal Aid & Rights Helplines
Providing free legal counsel and helping victims navigate the justice system.
📢 Human Rights Awareness Campaigns
Workshops, street plays, and digital outreach in villages to spread awareness of basic rights.
🧕 Women’s Safety & Gender Rights
Sessions on domestic violence, consent, legal protection, and helplines (like 1091, 181).
🧒 Child Rights & Protection
Stopping child marriages, child labor, and abuse with the help of local volunteers and Childline.
🌾 Tribal & Land Rights Advocacy
Helping tribal communities access land titles, forest rights, and protection from exploitation.
🤝 Community Leaders & Paralegals Training
Training local volunteers as paralegals and first responders to rights violations in remote areas.
